Equallogic VSM 4.7 log files
Trying to setup VSM in a vCenter environment. All went well until I tried to register VASA and it throws an error recommending to look in a log. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get to a shell on the VSM to find the log files. Any pointers to how this is done?
Thanks
Don

Hello,
What version of vCenter are you using? I would suggest opening a support case for this.

Hello,
You can also retrieve the VSM logs via the share it creates. The menu has a diagnostic option. Run that and you can get all the log files then.
I believe it's covered in the manual.

Thanks for your response.
vCenter VCSA is 6.5 U1 with current patches. Again, what I am looking for is how to connect to the VMS appliance and get past the menu based shell and get to a bash shell (or similar) so I can find the logs specified.

Hello,
All the applicable logs should end up on that share.
