Equallogic time issue

Hello,

I need some advice about an issue. This is time issue with Equallogic FS7610(v4.0.400005)/PS6210(v9.1.4).
In the monitoring panel i have messages about NAS 0 & 1 controller time is not synchronized with Active directory (delay is more than 270 sec ). NTP servers (same as Active directory) are set too, but it looks like that the synchronisation doesn't work.

I set the right time (the same time as on the Active Directory server) in "group configuration"/"generality" panel.
After 5 hours, the message still appears and i cannot use AD authentification, but the time is good in "group configuration"/"generality" panel .
Is there another way to set time (another configuration panel) ?

Or is it possible to manually synchronize NAS controllers time ? (CLI or another way)

Thank you

Hello Antoine2M,

Does your FS7610 logged in to the NTP server? Are your managment ports on your FS7610 in the same subnet as the NTP server?

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hello DELL-Sam L

Thank you for your reply. Before leaving, i have set the NTP server  in the management subnet.

Today, there is no more time error message and AD authentication works good. The issue seems to be resolved.

Thank you
