Equallogic PS6110XV , Battery failed and Spares shortage

we are getting below errors , The Array is out of warranty
Please guide how we can fix those.

Hello,
There are a couple of choices. If they array shipdate is less than 12 years you can get a Post Standard Support contract and buy the part. Any future failures will be covered.
You can find a 3rd party that has the small board that shows as a "battery" but isn't actually a battery.
