EQUALLOGIC PS6000XV New Disk offline
We have a PS6000XV that is end of life, but need to keep it going for a few more months. A disk failed and we purchased a new one, it is the correct drive type and does have the correct firmware, but when it is installed it just shows offline. Under Health is says healthy, the model and Revision both match the other drives.
If it says healthy does that mean the disk is good?
Any idea how to get it online?

Hello Team,
I am trying to replace the failed drive with a new drive Dell Part No.
When i replace it, the drive status seen is offline on the GUI.
Tried with couple of new drive but it wont change to spare or online state.
Can you please suggest
