DELL PS4000X (failt/spare DISK)
Good day, there is DELL PS4000X, 8 pieces of SATA SSD SAMSUNG 860PRO 256GB and 8 pieces of Seagate Enterprise Capacity 2TB [ST2000NM0045] are inserted on the left. The problem is that constantly 1-2 discs are knocked out, writes then FAILT, then SPARE. Yesterday, DELL the DELL PS4000X to factory values, and constantly one disc is in a state of gray SPARE, everyone does not want to burn green ONLINE. In the evening SPARE №16 HDD SAS Seagate Enterprise Capacity 2TB burned, in the morning it already burns green, and SPARE is already burning disk №4 SATA SSD SAMSUNG 860PRO. How can this be remedied? For the 2nd time I reset to the factory settings and rebuilt RAID!

Hello,
I'm not sure where you got that array, but that's not a PS4000X. PS4000X's have only 10K RPM drives, not 1/2 SSDs and the other SAS drives.
Since you are not using a supportable configuration I can't offer you any suggestions on making it work. I would suggest you return it to just SAS drives and see if that works better.
You also could have failing drives that need to be replaced.
