Dell Equalogic Licensing Query

Hi There,

Hoping someone can answer.

I have been asked to provide Evidence for a License for Dell Equalogic SAN Headquarters Version 3.3.1.

Can some answer if this is free software
Does the software automatically come as part of the Equalogic SAN Equipement
Is there some License we need to purchase.

I'm unable to verify either answer online.

Anyone help me out?
