Dell equallogic PS4000 can't acces group manager throught serial

Hello,

I want to reset my SAN throught serial but i cant login.

The login is prompted and the credentials are correct (tried CFE reset but it does the same thing) it shows nothing and log out after a while.

I have 2 array controllers, already tried to disable one but it has no effect.

I'm out of idea's, somebody got a clue?
