Customer Support Voice Command IVR
Whoever has decided it was a good idea to actually make customers so irritate when contacting customer support by having them talk to a machine is an absolute tool.
Firstly the best way to make anyone's blood boil is to have someone call technical support with mission-critical support and have them fight with an IVR just to get support. Then be asked all the questions the IVR need to guide your call so you actually speak to someone who then has to cop all your abuse as you are so angry by the time you speak to a real person.
I want to personally take the head of the morron who came up with this idea and ram it into a brick wall.
only then will I be satisified with my support requirements

Hey, I feel your frustration with those automated systems. They can really test your patience! One thing you might try is looking for companies with better customer service reputations. Sometimes, smaller businesses or local providers offer more personalized support. And hey, if you're looking for a virtual phone system, check out https://www.mightycall.com/. They have a support team that will answer you in seconds. They might offer more flexibility and better support. Good luck!
