CLB is not balancing in three member pool.

I have a 6 member group split into three pools; default (empty), Four, and Seven.  In pool Four there are two members with 100% used space while the third has 1.3TB of free space available.  It's the same for pool Seven, two members which are 100% full and the third has all the free space.  I don't use snapshots or replication, so I don't know if I should care about this or not?  If I do care about this, how would I correct it?  I just noticed this condition today while looking into why p7eql01 wont fail over when one of the two Force10 switches lose power (everything is green).
