Canot download MEM 1.4

Hello,

we cannot download the MEM Plugins for our EQL – we get:

Your account is not authorized for firmware downloads. Please contact customer service at eqlx-customer-service@dell.com

Why? We cannot find the setup and need to load the software! The EQL does not have a support plan actually. But this could not be the reason why i cannot download the OLD Mems !!!
