Can the number of open CLI sessions be increased from 7?

We are using our EqualLogic array with OpenStack drivers for Cinder volume storage.

OpenStack is reporting errors like the following when performing intensive volume provisioning/removal operations.

Error: Number of open cli sessions reached maximum allowed value of 7

Is it possible to increase the number of supported CLI sessions? 

The OpenStack driver appears to be closing sessions once used but can use multiple sessions to allow parallel provisioning of resources.
