Battery Failed on PS6610 controller
The battery failed on PS6610 control module. I am just wondering where to buy a replacement part. I cannot seem to find a reliable reseller.

Hello,
Are you trying to just replace the battery? Which I believe on that controller isn't actually a battery. You would need to replace the entire controller.
Have you considered a better option might be to get it back under a support contract? Anyone who has that controller is likely to charge quite a lot for it.

Kindly check with the Dell service centers they have the replacement parts.

Hello,
Note: Dell doesn't sell spare parts for Out-of-Warranty SANs. It would have to be under a valid support contract first. Then you could buy a spare. However, with the PS series no longer for sale, the available parts are for supporting customers with existing support contracts.
