Attention Alert in EQ GrpMgr indicates that its not monitored by SAN HQ 3.0 or higher, and that the SAN HQ is expired. The SAN HQ version is 3.3

We have no known issue on this.

This is probably firewall or hotfix related. Please try this. Please check the list of supported versions of Microsoft below, and find another system in your environment, running a different version of OS from that of the failing system. SAN HQ will run on laptops, PC, almost anything that runs MS.

Please ensure you are installing the latest version of 3.3.1 - the "Help-> About" should say: 3.3.1002.8844

Please install on it, and give it a try.
