Xerox Documate 752 and Quickscan Pro blank page seperation

Hi,

New to forums.  Hope this is the right place!

I'm demoing quickscan pro that came with xerox documate 752 and trying to setup things so the scanner will recognize blank pages as job seperators but having no luck.  I've basically copied the scan settings for the job seperator sample profile (except changed the seperator to blank page and the filter to blank page), but there doesn't seem to be any indication that things are seperated, and when the job is scanned in the thumbnail view it has all the pages I loaded which should be two jobs with a blank page in the middle.

I've set the blank page setting to pristine since it's a blank white piece of copy paper, and I think I've tried on 'dirty' too.

How do I know the blank page is recognized as a seperator?

Can anyone help?
