word docs are not opening in webtop

Hello Team,

     we are using Documentum Compliance Manager 6.5. Please see below the details:

Build : 3.0.11
Webtop Version: 6.5.0.221 SP2 02 june 2009
DFC Version : 6.5.0.225SP2

Document Administration 6.5 SP2

When open word document in  the webtop, it is not opening and give the below error window:

UCF runtime.Details

Failed to connect to server - refer client logs for details

We use jre version 1.6.0_18 and Adobe 9.1.3

Please help us to come out of this issue.
