Why is my name (Mick) blanked out?

I've posted a couple of times on these forums and I've noticed that whenever I write my name or someone relies to me and write my name it ends up being replaced by stars, as if I'm saying a rude word.

For example, if I tell you all that I am called Mick, you should see four stars in a row, when I'm actually typing M i c k (or kciM backwards if the filter replaced the last version with stars again).

Can someone tell me why this is happening and more importantly stop it from happening, because it make my posts look unprofessional.
