WD19DC dock questions

Hi,

I currently have old DELL XPS13 that have mini display port, how do I connect to WD19DC dock, so that I can project to external monitors

Also, how many monitors can WD19dc project? can it project to 4 of 27" monitors?

Lastly, Does WD19C dock charge Lenovo laptops (thinkpad/ideapad). I'm seeing people say they cant even have monitors detected. Can you please let me know if either of these can work with the Dell WD19 dock that i have? Is support for thunderbolt only the req for it to work?
