Unified Training, Remote or OnSite recommendation?

I was just curious if anyone had any experience between the two? Is there any advantage to being onsite?

Thanks

Yes, in Online or Video ILT you choose the time and during Instructer Led Training schedule is defined. As far as training syllabus and method is concerned its the same. However, Big Plus is, you get to clear your doubt then and there. Moreover, if you are not able to understand a particular topic instructer may try a different approach or simplified method for better understanding. Cons: You can't pause or replay or FF it unlike Online Training!

i took all my training online (instructor led), there is a lot of interaction between students so i don't feel like i am missing anything by not being in a classroom. Even if you go to a classroom, all labs are remote anyway ..so you will be connecting via Citrix client regardless.
