Thread based hierarchical view
I think my biggest complaint about the move is losing the thread based hierarchical view instead of the post based view in ECN. It was easer to browse threads when all the posts were listed under a thread link instead of all posts listed in the forum.

Aran, if I understood your issue, I think we can fix that one...
In your preferences, change your View choice from Flat to Threaded:
I agree with you that this is the better view, but I found I was a minority - many people prefer the chronological listing.
Is this what you were talking about?

I saw that option but it didn't appear to change the behavior at all. The settings show as changed but the appearance is the same. What I did find that helps is the Discussion view when in a subforum. That creates the view that I am looking for. I prefer that arrangement opposed to the listing of posts in chronological order.
Overall though Erich I do approve of the migration. I can see why you have wanted to make this move for some time. The ECN appears to be the natural home for the support forums and all the added features are only going to make it better.
Good job on the migration by the way. I am sure it was not easy and it looked pretty seamless on my end.

Thanks for the positive feedback Aran!
I misunders6tood your issue - I thought you meant within each thread, not at the thread listing level.
I've just /; - does this help you?
