The Server power supply unit (PSU) Firmware mismatch

Thanks for the TSR log and please do find below:

Findings:
PowerEdge R750 –
2023-02-12 08:24:48

Firmware
BIOS    1.6.5
CPLD    1.0.5
iDRAC & LC    6.10.00.00

Error:
2023-02-12 21:35:37    714    PWR2265    The power supply unit (PSU) 2 is disabled because of a configuration mismatch and therefore the PSU is not supported on the server.
2023-02-12 20:25:03    643    UEFI0059    The Power Supply Units (PSUs) in the system do not match.

-No other error
-The log was capturing partial of the server details only
-Both power supply units are not captured in the log

Recommended actions:
1. Perform power cycle as per the steps below:

  1. Power the server down.
    2. Disconnect server from all power cables, Network cables.
    3. Hold down the power button continuously for at least 10 seconds.
    4. Insert power cables and network cables back to the system.
    5. Wait about 2 minutes before powering on server to give the iDRAC time to initialize.
    6. Power the system on.

2. The log was collected while the server is power on or off state?

3. May I confirm if both power supply units are installed while collecting the log?

4. Ensure both power supply units are installed in the server and power cycle is performed. Then, collect latest TSR log as per the steps below:
How to via iDRAC 9 - https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000126308/export-a-supportassist-collection-via-idrac9
or
How to via LifeCycle Controller (reboot required) - https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-my/000130772/export-support-assist-collection-and-raid-controller-log-through-poweredge-lifecycle-controller
