Support QuickScan Pro user rights

Hi,

I have a problem with QuickScan Pro. The software is installed under administration user. After that a user with administration right use the software. This works fine for a while. After a time the user has some problems deletings single pages of a scanned pdf file. When I try this as Administrator everything works fine. If I use a new user with administrator rights it works also fine for a while.

Which right do the user need, and why could he lost it in the meantime?

Hi

Is this the first time you are experiencing the issue? If not, check the profile settings on the host OS.  The best way is to log in as a Administrator on a clean install.
