support expiration date

Hi

I am new to EMC support, I have bought one VNXE-3300 storage with this two software items:

456-102-453,  VNXE 3300 security and compliance suite - service duration: 36 months

457-100-347 , VNXE 3300 Base OE V2.0 ( EMC SCOSYS ) - service duration: 36 months

Now I can not find anywhere in web site to see my support is 36 months as we agreed

I got licenses and now licenses are permanent , but is support also permanent? why my supplier gave me different price for one year and 3 year. and now that I bought 3 years , how can I be sure that it is really 3 years?
