SRS 3.52 vs SAE v4.x???

I did not want to post this in only SRS nor only SAE... Near the end of 2021 the water is muddy... no clear path as to our direction.

The description of SAE v4.x (SupportAssist Enterprise) states it is the merging of two products... SRS v3x & SupportAssist v2x). Hey Dell, do BOTH product managers from SRS and SAE "know" there is a merger of product lines? What are the exclusive lists (SRS only for x, y, z or SAE only for t, u, v)????

I realize that SAE is integrated in some of the Dell EMC hardware... I also realize SAE may not work well with old infrastructure.... But what if our infrastructure is fairly current... 

When will this SRS/SAE soup be ready? Is it NOW... say nearly Nov 2021?
