SRDF R1 and R2

Hi

I need some help from a senior/expert.

Senario : I have an R1 and R2 and two different VMAX. I want to destroy the reltionship between the R1 and R2 without destroying the data in the process

1. I do a SYMRDF DELETEPAIR. Will this destroy any of the data on the R1 or R2

2. If I use the -force flag due to inconsistant tracks will this have an effect on data on the R2, besides it being out of sync with the R2.

3. Is this the correct way to remove the R1 and R2 relationships

4. Is there a different method to use to remove the SRDF relationship without destroying data on either the R1 or R2
