SMI-S Provider Install location
What is the standard for installing SMI-S provider ? Does it goes directly on SAN management server or a dedicated one, If you have a large SAN environment ? I was curious about the impact of installing on the SAN Management server.

Can you clarify exactly which SMI-S provider you are talking about? Are you talking about the Solutions Enabler integrated one? The Connectrix Manager integrated one? Something else?
I can make an educated guess but would rather focus on what you really need than going of on the wrong tangent :-)
