Service Woes: Dell Monitor Replacement

Hello esteemed Dell Community!

I wanted to share my recent experience with Dell's technical support, and I'm in need of your advice.

I reached out to Dell Support regarding an issue with my monitor, and I was promised a brand-new replacement in exchange for my old one. However, to my disappointment, instead of a new monitor, I received a repaired one, which most likely wasn't officially serviced but rather seemed to have been dug up from some basement.

I must admit, I'm taken aback by this situation and feel deceived. I expected to receive a quality product in exchange for my old monitor. Now, I find it extremely difficult to trust the servicing process from Dell.

Please, share your insights: how can I seek justice and return this faulty Dell monitor, and ultimately secure a replacement with a new one?
