Service requests disappeared

Hello,

i'm not sure whether this is the right place to ask but anyway, here's my problem:
My service requests disappeared from the "My service requests" list.
It says "no open SRs" and "No closed SRs".

But when enter the SR ID into the search field i can access my still open SR without problem.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Several customers have indeed asked for improvements in this area, and a new release is being designed to address these types of issues -- focusing on service request quering and SR management. As that design and development completes there will no doubt be information posted announcing these changes. Stay tuned!

I believe there was some time limit like 2 or 6 months... so if your SR was older than that it would vanish form the list... not sure if this is your case too or something else has happened...

it is probably the time limit. SR is older than 2 months....

For my problem the time limit "feature" is not helpful. I would prefer that SRs are still present at least as long as they are open.

@EMC: so this is my powerlink enhancement request: Keeping SRs in the list (at least open SRs until they are closed) without time limit.

For closed SRs a user configurable option for removing SRs from the list would be helpful.
