Searching for "whole phrase"
Just FYI.
I tried the search both using double quotes around the phrase and by selecting the 'whole phrase' option in the search page. I didn't see alot of difference.

Was this within the ECN platform's own search, or through the Support
Search on Powerlink?

This was a forum search on PowerLink.
I just tried it again using exact phrase and DFC 6.5 and got three results, two of which do not contain 'DM_SYSOBJECT_E_CANT_SAVE_NO_LINK', as far as I can tell.

So to compare I ran this search (search string 'DM_SYSOBJECT_E_CANT_SAVE_NO_LINK') within the Support Forums on just the Documentum space and found 8 results.
Using the Powerlink Search I get far more results, but only three are highlighting the exact string. (That search engine always presents, with lower relevance, similar items, which is why there are so many more results.)
Somehow we are missing 5 items. I will work with out search team to find out what's going on.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention

Are you sure that you were limiting your search to DFC 6.5?
See above.

I did, and saw the same results. I had broadened my search because the results I saw when I ran the search on the Support Forums side indicated that not all the results were identified as DFC-specific. Meaning that in our former environment, they were not in the DFC forum, they were in the DTS one. In the post-migration world, they are not tagged with DFC, but with DTS. The Powerlink search, when selecting a Product, filters on forum name or tags, so you would have had the same results before and after our migration.
This isn't ideal - our structure created artificial silos which is a big reson we merged a lot of content and started relying on tags (which I know isn't ideal either) but whatever aopproach we take, we need to make the search a bit more flexible. I am purseing this with the Search team.
Thanks,
Erich
