running unisphere on laptop

hi am trying to run the unisphere client on my laptop disconnected from the network, so i can read nar files saved from our arrays.i have followed the instruction (i believe) found on powerlink

How do I install it?

In Powerlink, click Home > Support > Software Downloads and Licensing > Downloads T-Z > Unisphere Server Software, and look for EMC Unisphere Client (Windows) and EMC Unisphere Server (Windows). Download and install the latest version of both the client and server on your laptop.

Launch the GUI from the "Unisphere Client" icon that should be on your desktop after the install. When you get the Unisphere Client Connect screen, type in "localhost" for the host name and click Connect. The first time you connect you will be asked to initialize global security. Enter a username and password to use for Unisphere on your laptop. Future launches of Unisphere will ask you to enter the username and password you created.

When i launch and enter localhost i get the follwoing message

"the specied system is not reachable or the certificate on the system could not be validated"  any help would be appreciated. i have never connectedd the laptop to an array with unisphere - just want to view supplied nar files from our storage admins
