RSA SID700 fob & iphone app conflict?

Good afternoon,

Due to being unable to reach RSA tech support on the weekend and my own company's IT dept. on the weekend. I've decided to try and find any source of assitance I can here. For several weeks I was logging into my copanies vpn with the SID700 and several days ago, a member of my companies IT department had me install the app on my iphone. Now I can't log in with either. I'm beyond ignorant has to how or why this could create a conflict, but I deseperately need to login to the vpn and can't reach anyone at my company for assistance. My plan was to just delete the app from the phone, just to see, but I figured I'd ask before I possibly caused more issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
