retrospect express HD compatible with windows vista.

Question

Together with the iomaga, home media network hard drive got a CD with retrospect express HD 2.5. After I installed the software, I got an error message, with windows diagnostics that said this may happen because of un compatible software with windows. I have windows vista. Please advise how I can get the right version of this backup software compatible with windows vista.

Remove the old driver and application installed in the OS
