recover -t parameter

Hello, I have read the usage of:

nsr_getdate

but still cannot figure out how to do a recovery by date. Can anyone tell me what the format of -t parameter should be?

Trying to run:

recover -s server -c recover_from -R recover_to -d destination_directory -t TIME-DATE -iR -a recover_this_directory
