Rainfinity FMA configuration to increase session timeout

Hello everyone,

I'm having some trouble with connection timeout between the Rainfintiy FMA and the Centera, I can see that from both the logs of the Rainfinity FMA .. and the Centera ... and it prevents the system from working effectiently ..

Does anyone have a guideline in order to customize the rain.xml file from /opt/rainfinity/filemanagement/conf/rain.xml so that I can play with the session timeout ?? .. or do some kind of enhancement on the traffic between Rainfinity and Centera ??

If anyone has any troubleshooting techniques regarding thie timeout issue .. he/she is welcome to share ..
