R11 on Fritz - amber light on alien head, then nothing

Did a windows update (to 11).  Now computer isn’t working.  

1. alien head is amber for a second, then nothing.  
2. no lights on front panel 

3. no video either. So can’t even attempt to reinstall Windows     

Have tried unplugging everything.
Have tried holding down the alien head for 45 sec.

Have tried plugging it directly into outlet.  

Nothing.

R11 is less than a year old (May 2021 purchase). 
Beyond frustrating.
