Problem with user connection - Permission Denied

Hello, i am currently running EMC RecoverPoint application version 3.4.SP2 and i created a new user with role monitor.

The problem is that when i am going to connect with this user i get the message "Permission Denied" from the RPA. I tried to log it as security-admin user to check whether this user is locked but i get the response that no users are locked. What is the cause of this problem and how can i resolve it?  Thank you
