Problem with eRoom alert! All text in one line...

Hi,

we are having problem with our eRoom Alerts. The text in the alerts are send by email. But Instead of having the text "as typed"...e.g:

Line 1 test.

Line 2 test after space.

Line 3 test

Link...

The email contains the text like this:

Line 1 test. Line 2 test after space.Line 3 testLink...

Does any one have a solution to this problem. I have looked whether theres is a way to type HTML - tried both with or withour the plugin. But nothing seems to work!
