Powerstore 5000T 2-port QSFP28 module part number

I need a part number for the module and can't find one to save my life.  Does Dell sell these separately?  

Long story short, we have a customer wanting to add an NVMe 100Gb shelf to their 5000T, but all we have for front-end ports are the SFF-8644 / 12Gbps Mini-SAS HD ports.  We need a total of four of these modules, but can't find them anywhere and can't find out HOW to find them :)
