PowerLink - My Support not working

After PowerLink was down over the weekend i can no longer view my tickets when i login to PowerLink and go to My Support. All i see is blank pages, tried 3 different computers, two different browsers.  Is anybody else seeing this ?

Yes - I think the "old" Powerlink interface is finally busted.  I had to login to support1, but I can view very old tickets and open new ones.  Maybe they forgot to tell us the old Powerlink is going away?

Gotcha - I normally click on the green button "Show my SRs", then click on the SR number for the request.  There's a paperclip icon showing the number of attachements.  Funny - which I click on it to add an attachment, Flashblock on Mozilla normally blocks the next action!

i tried to use support.emc.com but could not figure out how to bring up SR properties so i could attach a spcollect file. Had to click on the SR number itself ..clicking in the green area would not bring up SR details. Usability issue
