POWER EDGE R650 SSD SATA HARDRIVES

Can a Dell 400-BCVC 8ND59 Dell 1.92TB SSD SATA from POWEREDGE R650 be cloned using a SATA KANGAROO Cloner? Our KANGAROO cloners cannot read them, even though they are SATA connection? The R650 are simple setup to RAID 0, just installed redhat7.9, trying to clone it to another 400-BCVC 8ND59 Dell 1.92TB SSD SATA.
