Popup wants re-authentication (AuthMan7.1)

Hi,

I have an old asp website that is protected by RSA 7.1.

On the site there is a listing of files and onDblClick an window.open.... points to a DOCx/PDF/DOC/XLS/XLSX file.

When they double click the row and trigger onDblClick, the popup opens up behind the current window and is re-prompting for RSA Authentication. If i cancel that prompt, the word document opens.

I just want to trigger onDblCLick and have the document open up in word.

The server is Server 2008R2 Standard 64bit

The client is Windows 7 with IE9

Any ideas?
