Hi,
many users lost points that had been accrued during 2006-2007 - we have been plnning a fix, but did not have it in time for the migration. It should be rolled out in the next few weeks.

We apologize for the concern this may have caused.
THanks,
Erich

So we dug in and many users, almost 1000, did not get their points updated. Among these, three need over 100 points returend, and ~70 need over 100 points returned.
The good news is that we know who you are and how much you need back. Unfortunately, this next round also requires an ECN downtime, and we don't have one scheduled till the middle of January.
Still, most of our users got their points back, so it was a worthwhile effort. I'm sorry the rest of you will need to wait a while longer.
Thanks,
Erich

We've updated the missing points for our remaining users, and your points look like they are back to normal.
Let me know if you find any issues with your points.
Thanks for your patience with this,
Erich

Hi Erin - I think your points are okay now. Before we moved, our records show you were at 1733, but after we moved you went down to 1379. You are now (as of this writing) up to 1849, so I think we've filled in the gap. What do you think?

Hi,
haven't checked my points, but I guess they are all there, and having fun
One interesting thing I just noticed is that the ranking seems to be wrong?!
Johnny has ~29,000, I'm having ~26,000, but Fabian on third seems to have ~31,000.
That is strange, isn't it?

Hi Jørg,
The rankings are forum specific. The points are the total points for the user across ALL forums. This means Fabian has received more points from other forums, but hasnt accumulated enough in the Documentum forum to move ahead of you or myself.
