OpenManage Enterprise - Managed State indicating "Monitored"
I am currently using OME Version 3.4.1 (Build 24) to manage and monitor my PowerEdge servers. However, it seems after the last OME update, one of my ESXi hosts (PowerEdge 720xd) is not communicating with OME. No configuration changes were made and no drivers/firmware updates were installed on the particular system. It also changed the Managed State to "Monitored". I researched this "Monitored" state for hours and still came up empty. I performed an Inventory Refresh of this host but it failed to complete. I am able to access iDRAC by IP and everything looks normal from the GUI.
Any ideas or help is appreciated! Thank you.

Dell representative, kindly look into this issue.
Environment:
-OME 4.2 installed on Nutanix AHV 6.10
-Enabled Internal iDRAC credential management.
- 2 MX7000 chassis with MX760c blades fully populated
- All devices discovered in OME.
Configuration:
-All the blades are having the same configuration (BIOS, RAID, NTP, time zone)
-Both chassis and blade iDRAC has the same admin credential, hence onboarding task will initiate automatically after discovery of chassis & blades completes.
-Device managed state is "managed with alerts" for all components.
Problem Statement:
However after a few days, the device managed state for some of the blades changed to "monitored" instead.
Troubleshooting Attempts:
1. Re-discover the chassis. Not working.
2. Run inventory on blade with "monitored" state. Not working.
3. Power off and power on blade. Not working.
Question:
Please assist me in finding the root cause of this issue.
