New features in the pipeline?

Regarding the wiki-like documents, the short answer is yes.  We just need to get some processes around those built within our own organization to ensure content quality and accuracy.

How would you like to use it?

I would use it to create some FAQ's

doesnt have to be a Wiki, but a pure Text document gets difficult to navigate for large content
