Needs repair error
I have windows 10 dell desktop but don't have bootable disk to reboot it it only shows a blue screen says recovery and needs to be repair error how to fix it please but I only have disk to put windows 10 but on it only
No Events found!

First, reboot and immediately press F12. Look for option to run Diagnostics and run the extended hard drive tests. Copy error messages, if any. No point repairing Windows, unless you know the drive is ok. Be patient, this can take a while.
Assuming no hard driver errors, go to the MS site and download the latest Win 10 ISO file (free) and use it to create a bootable USB stick. (You probably will need a 32-GB stick.)
With PC off, connect stick to a USB2 port. Power on and immediately press F12. Look for option to boot from USB. When PC boots from the stick, follow the prompts to run a repair.
