Need to escalate the issue
Hi Team,
I am using Dell latitude 3410 and now it is having a keyboard issue. I raised the case on 21st Sept 22 to the dell support team. They have created the case id and told me that the part will be replaced in 3 to 4 working days. Now it's almost one week completed but still, the part is not yet replaced. This is 3rd time it's getting delayed. Last time also raised the ticket for the Dell latitude 3420 model and it took around more the 15 days to fix the issue.
Yesterday I got the email from Dell that the part is not available at the moment so they that given the ETA for 10th Oct. Every time the service is getting delayed.
I want to escalate the issue to the next level. Your service is not good as compared to others.
