Need details for monitoring purpose

I need to create a document on VNX- 5500 for monitoring purpose so i am searching the predefined error codes and its description for assigning situation (alert ) weightage.

please let me know if there is any possibility to get an error code details or it would be grateful if you have list of requested detail.
