My dell rep has been forced to relinquish all my customers with dell accounts and they were given to all different reps!!!

This is insane.  My dell rep is awesome.  We have built a great working relationship over the years.  But all of a sudden overnight all my customers were removed from her and given to random reps all over dell.  Each client was given to a different rep.  It is a nigthmare!!! I was not advised of this and have no clue who the reps are.  This is the dumbest move ever.  

The one rep I talked to says the higher up decided to reshuffle and no one likes it.  That there is nothing they can do.

Anyone else had this happen???  No channels to complain to either.  Royal mess.  Not the least is working with 20 different reps who may or may not be good and who may or may not be a good match for me.

Anything we can do?
