license transfer...how is it done?
If a customer purchases a system from another user.(they went out of business)..how do they transfer licenses? get support for the product?

Hi,
That depends on the Warranty terms and conditions of the product. The best way to find out, is to contact the SAM/Customer Relations Manger (of the Previous company) who usually have access to the documents.
