Is it JAX-WS or Axis2 a requirement to consume DFS?

Dear all,

My application is client of a webservice DFS.

The application use jaxws libraries.

It's J2EE application deployed on the application server websphere.(WAS)

Unlucky I had some other webservice no more working due to the mix with JAX-RPC in WAS 6.x and Sun JAX-WS

But looking on the forum IBM:

you cannot mix JAX-RPC in WAS 6.x with Sun JAX-WS RI as both need/have SAAJ  implementations. Since the IBM JAX-RS and IBM JAX-WS share the same SAAJ  implementation

In the version 7 of websphere it would be possible to use JAX-WS but it's not scheduled to upgrade the version used.

Any advice woud be appreciated.
