Inspiron 5570 ram
I bought two pairs of RAM (8GB DDR4 2666), the old one was 4GB DDR4 2400 when I installed the new RAM, I had this problem.
This is my hardware

I think you need either 2400 or 2133

Both memories should be of the same frequency else you will get errors of DIMM.
Hope the issue Query is answered if yes accept as a solution.
